Madison Bailey is an acclaimed actress and rising musical talent whose on-screen presence has garnered her a loyal following among critics and fans alike. She currently stars as Kiara "Kie" Cabrera in Netflix’s global success ‘Outer Banks,’ a thrilling teen adventure drama directed by Jonas Pate. Since its debut in April 2020, the series has become a cultural phenomenon, following four teenage best friends as they hunt for a legendary treasure. Across its four seasons, the series has spent a total of 27 weeks in Netflix’s global Top 10. Up next, Madison will reprise her role in the highly anticipated fifth season of ‘Outer Banks’ and is set to star in Amazon MGM’s romantic comedy MAINTENANCE REQUIRED, directed by Lacey Uhlemeyer alongside Madelaine Petsch, Katy O’Brian, and Jacob Scipio.
Madison can recently be seen in Netflix’s horror thriller TIME CUT, a horror thriller and coming-of-age drama about a high school student who accidentally travels back to 2003 and decides to stop the serial killer who murdered her sister. She also starred in Paramount’s THE PAINTER, an edge-of-your-seat thriller about an ex-CIA operative who is thrown back into a dangerous world when a mysterious woman from his past resurfaces.
Madison began her professional acting career in 2015 by starring in Constantine (2015), Mr. Mercedes (2017), and the CW’s Black Lightning (2018-2019). Additional television credits include an episode of American Horror Story (2021), Constance (2020), Creepshow (2019), Two Roads (2018), Murder Chose Me (2017), and Swamp Murders (2015).
In addition to acting, Madison is making a name for herself in the music world. Signed to Republic Records, she made her musical debut in 2024 with the acoustic single “The Grey,” a raw and introspective song that explores the complexities of life's in-between moments. Following this release, she debuted “Honestly,” inspired by the emotional weight of recent global events and the pervasive anxiety of the modern era. Bailey describes her musical style as a blend of Kacey Musgraves and SZA, drawing from a diverse range of influences including jazz, country, rock, and artists. While balancing her acting career, she continues to develop her music career with new music on the horizon.
